Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for ChristineMacleavyCoaching

On booking a course with ChristineMacleavyCoaching, delegates will need to pay the course fee in full or a deposit of 50%.  The remaining 50% can be paid on the day of the course by arrangement.

In the event that the course is cancelled by ChristineMacleavyCoaching all delegates will receive a full refund or be transferred to another course if available and delegate able to attend

If a delegate cancels for what ever reason the following policy will come into being: 

  • Delegates cancelling between twelve to eight weeks prior to the course date are eligible for a 50% refund of the course cost.
  • A refund is not given if the delegate cancels less than eight weeks prior to the course date, regardless of reason.
  • Failure to attend the course will result in the full cost being incurred.
  • If a delegate is unable to attend the course, a substitute attendee is welcome take their place provided the substitute is eligible to attend, at no extra charge and with no administration fee

ChristineMacleavyCoaching does not accept liability for, and is unable to reimburse costs that may be associated or incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.
